Account Deletion Instructions

At Zimo Market, we give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, please follow the instructions below.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, you will lose access to your profile, active listings, and chat history.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the Zimo Market app:

Open the Zimo Market app and log in.
Go to your Profile/Account tab.
Navigate to the General Settings or Account Settings.
Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

In-app deletion is instant and immediately removes your data from our active databases.

Option 2: Manual Request (Website)

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data without reinstalling, please send an email to our support team:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account. Manual requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

What data will be deleted?

Upon a successful deletion request, the following information is permanently removed:

Your Personal Profile (Name, Email, Phone, Avatars)
All Marketplace Ads and associated product images
Full Chat History and shared images in conversations
App usage logs and preferences

*Note: Certain transaction IDs or safety reports may be retained for up to 180 days solely for legal compliance and fraud prevention, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
