QR Scanner | Barcode Scanner is an offline-first app that allows users to scan QR codes and barcodes, save history, and create QR codes. While the core scanning functionality operates locally, the app uses standard device permissions to function:

• Camera: Required to scan codes in real-time.
• Microphone: Used only for auditory feedback ("beep") during scans.
• Gallery/Storage: Used to scan codes from saved images and to save your generated QR codes to your device memory.

3. Local Data Storage

All scanned QR codes and created history are stored locally on your device. The app does not upload, share, or rent this history to any external servers or third parties.

4. Real-Time Location

No, our app does not collect or access your real-time location information. We do not use location data for any purpose.

5. Your Opt-Out Rights

You can revoke permissions (Camera, Storage, Microphone) at any time through your device settings. You can also reset your Advertising ID via Google Settings on your Android device.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data stored locally on your device. Please be aware that you are responsible for the security of your device and its local storage.

7. Children's Privacy

This app does not collect personal information and is not directed at children under 13. AdMob may serve family-friendly ads based on our app's target audience settings in the Play Console.
